The Narcotics Anonymous message is “that an addict, any addict, can stop using drugs, lose the desire to use and find a new way to live.” Our relations with the public enable us to share this message broadly so that those who might benefit from our program of recovery can find us. The Public Relations subcommittee is made up of the Public Information and Hospitals and Institutions subcommittees.

Public Information

The purpose of the Public Information (PI) subcommittee is to open and maintain lines of communication between the public and Narcotics Anonymous so that the message of recovery is readily available to all addicts.

Hospitals and Institutions

The Hospitals and Institutions (H&I) subcommittee helps to carry the message of recovery to addicts who do not have full access to regular Narcotics Anonymous meetings.
